
The Stunned Mullet has been trading since August 2005 and has become a highly regarded dining destination for both locals and visitors alike.
Our philosophy focuses on the importance of Ingredients. We source the freshest of local, as well as specialist produce and let the ingredients speak for themselves. The style of our cuisine is eclectic Modern Australian. International flavours and Ingredients abound, but simplicity is retained.
Seeking out the best local produce is paramount. The Hastings Region offers a plethora of quality ingredients from a rich and fertile landscape.
Our daily seafood special, the “sea dweller” is inspired by the freshest local fish we can find. Our tomatoes are the local and wonderful Ricardoes Amarosso variety – simply bursting with flavour.
Our passion for food also leads us to specialist imported ingredients, which we relish sourcing and showcasing. You may dine with us and find yourself ordering Italian Buffalo Mozzarella and San Danielle Prosciutto, or perhaps Roquefort Cheese with a glass of Port.
A decadent Degustation Menu is available on request. Consisting of around 10 courses and available with or without matching wines, it is an opportunity for us to showcase what our talented chefs are capable of.
